Putah Creek Cafe is a good local spot to enjoy simple foods. The ambiance is enjoyable and very fitting for the town of Winters. Love that there is an option to sit outside or inside. Prices are very reasonable, and food portions are great. Rating four stars out of five due to service being okay. Have visited numerous times, service tends to be better at times. Service can be mediocre and wish it was a little bit more inviting. Food is good, nothing outstanding . Pizza is always a great option, easy to share with the table. The bbq chicken is always a go to. Breakfast items are good as well, I can appreciate that the breakfast items are offered with lunch items in the afternoon. Overall, Putah Creek is a simple breakfast/lunch spot to enjoy on any day! Would recommend & will be continuing to visit.

This place was really hopping on a Labor Day weekend. Despite it being busy, the service was quick and attentive. Our coffee mug didn't get more than half consumed before our server came around to see if we needed a refill. The food came out quick. The chicken fried steak was flavorful and crunchy. The potatoes were crisp and tender. The French toast was good but the egg batter did not soak through completely leaving part of the bread tasting plain. The whipped cream though was light and just sweet enough to not overpower the freshness of the strawberries. Best place for a Brunch.

Love this spot. The quaint atmosphere is akin to what I would expect if I'd walked into the cafe from Schitt's Creek Friendly service. Clean rustic-ish location, featuring exposed brick walls dressed in colorful local art. Kitchen implements + dishes that remind me of my grandmother's collection I grew up with is a nice touch. Ample seating whether you prefer a table, a booth, or the patio. Waitstaff is kind, and ready with ample recommendations. Everything was delicious. We look forward to returning.

Food was fast and delicious. They were great about accommodating my special diet needs. Our server Kayla and was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a place to visit often!

My boyfriend and I would often go to Putah Creek Cafe as our date spot. We loved how they have their breakfast menu until 2PM, which gave us time to be lazy, roll out of bed, and still be able to get our breakfast fix! We recently gave our one last hoorah there as I just graduated from UC Davis and we will be largely staying in our hometown from now on. We will greatly miss Putah Creek Cafe! Their small cafe vibes, amazing food, speedy service, beautiful scenery -- everything will be missed! Unfortunately not pictured, but their desserts are amazing. They are huge and delicious. You will feel like a little kid again when you see the desserts in the case at the front. I especially loved getting a brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. They also have a brownie sundae, if you prefer those extra toppings. All in all, beautiful and amazing restaurant. Truly a small town cafe vibe in the best way. Much better than any Denny's or Black Bear Diner.

Fried chicken sando w/a side salad and a sandia tamarind fresca. It was SO good. Like..everything was phenomenal. It has a homemade taste to it, like grandma made it or something. 6/5 stars for me, personally.

Pros: amazing food and amazing table service. Really over the top. The prices are extremely good the food is great and your glass is never empty Cons: expect a wait but if they tell you 30 minutes expect more like an hour. The staff who clears the table clearly takes their time and then some. The wait would be the estimated time if it weren't for this. Overall I love this place regardless of the wait time just go prepared is all. If it was for this I would give five stars

Perfect setting for Sunday breakfast! Our server was friendly and attentive. Food was delicious! We tried their mimosa flight and I was very happy with their choice of brut. Carnitas huevos, Em's country fried steak, & lemon poppy pancakes. All 10/10!

Solid, affordable, and tasty home cooked food! Sat down for dinner around 6:30 on a Tuesday evening. Parking wasn't incredibly easy to find right out front. The restaurant wasn't busy inside at all. We were seated right away. It took a bit to be greeted by a server. We ordered: the barbecue burger, the Cali burger, and the fried chicken sandwich. All were so delicious and MASSIVE. You 100% get your money's worth here. We were too stuffed for dessert, but my aunt got a brownie to go. We were there near closing and many of the dessert options were sold out, so get there early if you want something particular!
